- Music Metadata: Track titles, artist names, album names, lyrics, style prompts, and other music project data you enter.
- Third-Party Links: Suno.com track URLs, DistroKid export preferences, and similar external service references.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full payment details.
- API Keys: Optional OpenAI API keys you provide are encrypted and stored securely.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve VibeLedger services
- To process your subscription and payments via PayPal
- To generate AI-powered lyrics and style prompts using your preferences
- To sync and manage your music metadata across connected platforms
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

3. Third-Party Services
VibeLedger integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these services:
- Suno.com: We fetch publicly available track metadata from URLs you provide. We do not access your Suno account.
- DistroKid: We generate export files compatible with DistroKid. We do not directly connect to DistroKid.
- PayPal: Subscription payments are processed by PayPal under their privacy policy.
- OpenAI: If you use our AI features, prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:
- With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing)
- To comply with legal requirements, court orders, or government requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal disputes).
