1. No Refund Policy

VibeLedger operates on a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments. Once a payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Monthly subscription payments (Basic: $9.99/month, Premium: $14.99/month)
  • Annual subscription payments (Basic: $95.90/year, Premium: $143.90/year)
  • Subscription renewals (both automatic and manual)
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Here's how cancellation works:

When You Cancel:

  • Your subscription will NOT automatically renew
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
  • Your data (tracks, albums, lyrics) will be preserved on the Free tier

What You Will NOT Receive:

  • Refund for the current billing period
  • Prorated refund for unused days/months
  • Credit toward future subscriptions

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. By choosing an annual plan, you acknowledge:

  • The full annual amount is charged upfront
  • No refunds are available for any portion of the annual subscription
  • Cancellation will prevent the NEXT annual renewal but does not refund the current year
  • You will have access for the full 12 months regardless of when you cancel

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized charge), please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email
  • PayPal transaction ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts)

We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, process a correction. This does NOT apply to "change of mind" or "didn't use the service" situations.

5. Chargebacks

Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your bank instead of contacting us first may result in immediate account termination and a ban from future use of VibeLedger. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any disputed amounts plus associated fees.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of VibeLedger at any time. Changes to the service do not entitle you to a refund. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

7. Free Trial

VibeLedger offers a permanent Free tier with limited features. We encourage you to fully explore the Free tier before upgrading to a paid subscription. The Free tier serves as your opportunity to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your VibeLedger account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation in the popup
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly through PayPal's subscription management portal.
